01 · using yap@me
you must be 13 or older. some features (alcohol, dating, etc.) require 18+. by signing up you confirm this.
one account per person. share accounts with a brand partner and we'll know. don't.
02 · sending anonymous yaps
when you send a yap without an account, by tapping the send button you agree to:
- send only content you have the right to send
- not threaten, harass, or dox anyone
- not impersonate the creator or anyone else
- not send sexual content involving minors. ever.
- not send links to malware, scams, or illegal services
violations result in your device fingerprint being blocked, platform-wide. severe violations are reported to law enforcement under our jurisdictional duty.
03 · creator responsibilities
you set your prompts. you choose what to publish as drops. you're the editor.
you may not:
- publish private information about a sender (we'd never give it to you anyway, but)
- direct hate, threats, or harassment at any person
- solicit illegal content via your prompts
- use yap@me to bypass another platform's terms (no laundering of banned content)
04 · we will remove and report
- csam. immediately removed. reported to ncmec.
- real threats of violence. removed. reported to local law enforcement.
- doxxing. removed. account terminated.
- non-consensual intimate imagery. removed in <24h. reported.
05 · who owns what you make
your yaps, replies, drops — yours. you grant us a license to host and serve them. that license ends when you delete them.
the yap@me name, logo, themes, and templates are ours. don't make a clone called yapatme.com.
06 · when things break
we're a small team. we'll do our best. but we don't promise uptime. we provide the service “as is.”
if we accidentally lose your data we'll be sad. our liability is capped at $100 or 12 months of subscription, whichever is greater.
governing law: england & wales. disputes go through arbitration before court, in good faith.
